Capt. Farish Selig

Captain Selig was well known as a capable and competent fisherman.

A northeast storm wrecked the E-C off Block Island. The Block Island beach patrol found bow planking of a vessel bearing the E-C's registration number on the beach near Southeast Light. A Coast Guard air-sea search failed to find the two men.
